Pumpkin Bread

Last night I got home from happy hour and felt the need to bake something.  I happened to have everything I needed for this Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread recipe.  Verdict: Delicious!  

Note: You can substitute apple sauce for half of the vegetable oil to make it healthier.

Yum. That makes me want to bake! To bad my family is wierd and I would probably end up eating the whole thing...
