Meat & Potatoes

Fall is upon us and on a cloudy day this week I was craving some good ol' meat and potatoes for dinner.  My go to recipe for meatloaf is this Spicy Turkey Meatloaf with Ketchup Topping from Cooking Light magazine.  I really like spicy anything, but I promise this one isn't too spicy for those who can't handle the heat.  I paired the meatloaf with homemade super garlicky mashed potatoes, green beans and some Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale.  Delish!
