Last year, my mom went back to visit her family in Michigan over Halloween (our favorite holiday) and she discovered a place near my grandparents house where they served a "Witches' Tea". As any Halloween fanatic would do, she immediately made reservations and attended the tea with my grandparents. She came home gushing about it and we immediately decided we needed to host our own.
