Pork Meatball Banh Mi

I LOVE SRIRACHA!  Seriously...I put it on everything and probably go through about a bottle per month.  YUM
 
When I saw this recipe in Bon Appétit for Pork Meatball Banh Mi sandwiches with a hot Sriracha mayo I was practically drooling over the page.  Here are the results and let me tell you, I have been craving these ever since!  

PS- I substituted ground turkey for ground pork to make it healthier and it was just as delish!
